THE SOLUTION

Using AI-fuelled natural language processing, and human translation, we analysed 57,500 authentic consumer conversations covering their attitudes and behaviours, to gain a deeper level of understanding and informed empathy around their common struggles and unmet needs in health and fitness. We also performed a regional analysis to determine further linguistic nuance across different geographies in the UK.

Digme wanted to be able to track cultural trends and insights in the health and fitness sphere to understand consumer attitudes towards at-home versus gym workouts, as well as general fitness and wellbeing behaviours in order to identify growth opportunities in a post-Covid landscape.
